Atlas Wishes You All A Very Happy Thanksgiving!

November 25, 2010

Presidents and Americans at large have found different ways of marking today’s holiday. Most of us sit down for some turkey and give thanks for all we have.

However you may celebrate it, we here at Atlas wish each and every one of you a very happy Thanksgiving!

Is Luke the turkey on the left? Britta must be the turkey on the right.

Shame on both of them for their support of Vino Fossella.

They are quick to attack every other Republican in Brooklyn and Staten Island, but never say a word about the drunk-driving bigamist Britta used to work for.

    Double standard? Hypocrisy?

    You betcha!

TSA started off the holiday week with a bang and ended with a whimper…

There was every intention to full body scan and/or “pat-down” large numbers of people who went counter-profile to being terrorists until the national outrage made them back off.

If you travelled early enough, though, you could see the blue haired crowd getting zapped with background scatter X-rays and felt up. At least that’s what was going on in Newark-Liberty Airport early last week.

Meanwhile, another person who did fit the profile was arrested in the Pac NW tree-lighting bomb plot. Or is it just another entrapped Muslim from Somalia, upset over ma and pa’s divorce?

Since you encouraged me to comment, on the first post of the history of this blog, I will.

Since you encourage “open and honest discussion”, I will be very honest.

I believe John Galt is Roy Antoun. The “proof” is available at the Jig.

Furthermore, I believe Roy/John is a Libertarian first, and will be recruiting his own Libertarian “friends” to “infiltrate” the Republican Party.

Roy/John is using the “divide and conquer” strategy by splitting the Republican Party, adding more “fuel to the fire” and will soon be inviting all his non-Republican “friends” to take over.

Roy/John is after Marty Golden, Craig Eaton, Jerry Kassar, and the rest of the county because they are not Libertarian. Period. This is the typical Libertarian strategy to infiltrate the Republican Party. There is no other reason.

Roy/John is the “owner” of this blog and his “brilliant” idea just backfired.

    … with Grandma’s finest crystal.

From now on, just the facts, please.

Your crystal exposition was bereft of any factual matrix. Your crystal analysis was not very efficient for driving home your point. I also detect that you’re arguing as if being “after Marty Golden, Craig Eaton, Jerry Kassar, and the rest of the county because they are not Libertarian” were a bad thing. Really? I didn’t know that.

Also, Jerry Kassar is not a “Republican”, he claims to be a “C/conservative”, but really he is Martin Golden’s bought and paid-for full-time flack and butt boy (btw, Jerry, does MG prefer Scott, Charmin or the Kirkland?).

Face it, Paladino did waaaaaaay better than Warren.

Libertarians are frustrated with their inability to get voters to agree with their dumb support for “drugs”.

    Hello Atlas,

Could you please tell me what this nutcase is attempting to tell us?

If he’d spoken in German, I’d have been impressed that I had seen Oswald Spengler shilling “Der Untergang des Abendlandes” (in English interpretation — “Decline Of The West”.

Let’s wait for it… ah, there it is … Nietzchean supermen making Faustian deals resulting in Götterdämmerung….

I’ll wait here until my Valkyrie arrives to sweep me off to Valhalla.

… and their statistical analysis of the Brooklyn Republican 2010 election results should have earned “Baffoon of the Week” ahead of Wikileaks’ Julian Assange.

To some a little more attuned to urban chatter, Gene and Russell might have sounded like a pair of junkies on crack talking about their lifetime achievements; but no, it was really their view of the 2010 Brooklyn GOP election results that was completely wacked.

Russell G might not care what we critics say here at ASIB, but Gene B was absolutely right “Numbers don’t lie” and the officially certified Brooklyn GOP numbers in 2010 were shameful, wherever and however you look at them.

If Berardelli and Gallo were giving their honest opinion, then they can’t tell sh_t from Shinola (or even from Nutella hazelnut spread if you gave them an hour for a comparative taste test).

If State Senator Martin Golden’s numbers were so good, why did the dynamic duo go on at such length to explain why? The reality is that even though Golden won by about two-to-one in HIS hand-cut district as a whole, he ran very weakly in several areas within it against a raw and underfunded opponent who really wasn’t right for any part of the district. Furthermore, the fact is that several other Republican candidates ran stronger in some areas of Brooklyn away from Senator Golden’s district than they or others did in it– so much for real Republican Golden’s coat tails and other assorted support.

Right now, Martin’s 2010 showing is a portend for rougher sledding for him in the future. It’s even a distinct possibility that when Martin G is sworn-in on January 1, 2011 (or whenever it’s done), it will be his last swearing-in as an elected official. (At least one Democratic State Senate hopeful is already champing at the bit to see “Mardy Geez” new lines for 2012; “Like a worn out boxer Golden can try to run, but he can’t hide.”)

What Berardelli, Gallo and Eaton always ignore about the 2010 elections is how good the Republican Party did nationally in 2010, even in some Democratic strongholds, and even in several parts of New York State. Against that backdrop, the 2010 Brooklyn Republican numbers were worse than shameful — they were a pathetic demonstration of a still-declining Republican base, except among certain politically conservative Jewish enclaves.

We can’t wait for the ED/AD numbers and see how Gene and Russell try to spin them like gilded thread, you know — the kind you might get from a Golden Fleece.

Since Thanksgiving we’ve discovered Pamplamoosemusic (Nataly Dawn and Jack Conte — they are the featured artists in the Hyundai Holiday Season Commercials — the whole series is great — see them on YouTube) they are much better than GOP Blog Radio (Gene Berardelli and Russell Gallo) and “The Jig is Up Atlas” (a bunch of pseudonymous minimalist assholes)combined.

The Pamplamoosemusic, Ben Folds and Nick Hornby collaboration “VideoSong!!!!” (not a Holiday Season feature) is better than anything Clorinda Annarummo, Gene Berardelli, Russell Gallo and Stephen Maresca have done in the whole of their lives.

It must be very sad to have no talent or redeeming value whatsoever –especially compared to those who do have some talent and redeeming value like Pamplamoosemusic, “BRIC” and those who contribute to “Atlas Shrugs in Brooklyn”.

Maybe, it’s becoming manifest to the Eatonian cement heads that the influence of an “existential threat” is growing inside the Brooklyn Republican Party.

Oh well, let those who think that they “are” the KCRP, because they have a few “titles”, worry about keeping those who actually make up the KCRP in line.

Several rump groups are now both organizing within within the Brooklyn GOP and attacking simultaneously those who are stuck with the KCRP “titles”.

As 2010 comes to a close, Eaton — Gallo — Berardelli and the rest of the “TEAM” are stuck with what they actually did in 2010 and the real results of all “their” activity. The Brooklyn GOP spent a lot of time, effort and money on something in 2010 — they had disasterous election results no matter how they try to spin it. So what did they really do beyond trying to settle a few scores?

As some of us have often said, “A stopped clock is right twice a day”, and Eaton’s hate bloggers have it right when they say “Regime Change” is coming. It’s coming in 2011 and 2012.

While the KCRP fights to settle scores, the real reform Republicans fight to win the game! One of the reasons I just love Pamplamoosemusic is that it’s “gone viral” on YouTube and it’s demonstrative of the new paradigm that Jonathan Judge has embraced for quite some time now.

Maybe, I’ll see yahs all in church for Christmas.
