Bay Ridge GOP Bloviators Focus On Atlas Shrugs in Brooklyn While Boring Listeners

December 27, 2010

The Kool Aid Express is going full steam ahead.

You recall last week I discussed how Brooklyn GOP Talk Radio, a pathetic online outlet for the “grunting heads” of the Bay Ridge Cabal, is misrepresenting the”successes” of the party, essentially acting as a kind of talking points for the party.

On their most recent broadcast, the GOP Bloviators (who refer to themselves coloquially as Moron #1 and Moron #2) confirmed their long-term obsession with our blog.

And wouldn’t they be following our blog’s every move?

We know their Lord and Master, GOP Duke Craig Eaton, is an avid reader of our blog and is believed to be providing his active consent to the rabid GOP hate blogs.

Remember, Eaton himself commented on this blog in our first few months.

Well, the purveyors of this blog talk radio program, which is persistently prank called by one or two loopy listeners, recently opened their broadcast with the audio from a Kool-Aid commercial, a sort of sick homage to my piece about their insipid program.

Then, one of the two self-professed Morons started to whine about our blog, claiming that all we espouse are falsehoods. The other Moron, District Leader Russell Gallo, went on to claim we are a blog run by Democrats (which gave all of us here at Atlas fits of laughter).

As it is well known, this blog is written by Republicans and Republican-leaning conservatives and libertarians who are, frankly, revolted by the gangrene that has permeated the ranks of our party in Brooklyn. Our primary platform, as anyone reading this blog knows, is reform, and we have sought to inspire reform in the hearts of similarly disappointed and disaffected Republicans.

That’s what we’re all about.

Of course, it would be convenient for neanderthals such as Mr. Gallo, who do not possess a modicum of higher sentient thought, to dismiss our blog postings as the rants of loyal Democrats. Yet, it should be noted, we have been extremely critical of the Brooklyn Democratic Party and its thuggish overlord Vito Lopez. Hardly the mark of pro-Democratic goons.

You see, our top priority is reform, whereas the goal of Mr. Gallo, Mr. Eaton and his posse is status quo. They have deals with local Democrats, deals that have been well documented here on Atlas with tangible evidence and reliable sources.

The GOP “leadership” offers nothing to combat those assertions. All they do is whine and dine on the county’s dime.

They resent our criticism of their illegitimate actions and the fact that we do not bow to their wishes.

We speak honestly and truthfully and invite our readers to decide for themselves.

Eaton and his gang do not.

And so talk boxes for the local GOP establishment continue the same trend of attacking reform rather than embracing it. Turning reform into something to be mocked and attempting to bully local reformers into submission by insulting them, telling lies about them and spreading hate.

Meanwhile, we here at Atlas will continue to hold our party accountable for its “leaders'” actions and hold their feet to the fire if necessary.

In return, what will they do?

Bore their listeners to death with the trollish rantings of Moron #1 and Moron #2.

Give me a break.

  4. What is this "Brooklyn GOP" power that TJIUA is beating it's chest over now? permalink
    December 28, 2010 6:44 pm

TJIUA’s 12-28-10 sci-fi epic “Under Chairman Craig Eaton’s Leadership, Brooklyn GOP Power Is Unleashed As Brooklyn GOP Sees Biggest Enrollment Increase In Decades!!!” will score billions at the box office this weekend if the TJIUA counter is used.

AAA’s latest outlandish claim is that there are supposed to be 127,359 living and breathing Republicans in Brooklyn. Also according to AAA, this means that “The Kings County Republican Party is the ‘Strongest’, most ‘United’ and ‘Electric’ it has been in decades.” And this is “All thanks to the greatest Republican Party chairman who has ever lived, [that "reform minded" commentator's] infinite times great (which does result in a mathematical value that can be divided by zero [0]) Kings County Republican Party chairman, The ‘Immortal’ Craig A. Eaton, (said another way, “Craig A. Eaton, The Undead”).”

Now let’s all go out and see if we can get the Brooklyn GOP to believe that there is a post-Christmas sale on Brooklyn Bridges going on in Gimbel’s bargain basement, and Craig Eaton promised to buy one for the Brooklyn GOP at a mere buck-three-eighty.

btw, how many of these aforementioned 127,359 Brooklyn Republicans turned out to vote on Election Day 2010 — numbers don’t lie, but AAA and TJIUA sure do.

    PATHETIC LOL

  6. Craig Eaton's Hate Bloggers try and fail as Myth Makers permalink
    December 29, 2010 12:32 pm

“El Rey Antoun” has hit the nail on the head. Eaton and his guys (obviously a pack of imbeciles, morons and assorted other grades of mental and moral defectives) have plunged deep into the bathosphere of intellectual discourse. How proud the Brooklyn GOP must be of this crowd that does represent the KCRP to the world through TJIUA and Brooklyn GOP Blog Radio.

The comments thread following TJIUA’s 12-28-10 post, “Under Chairman Craig Eaton’s Leadership, Brooklyn GOP Power Is Unleashed As Brooklyn GOP Sees Biggest Enrollment Increase In Decades!!!” by AAA is an excellent example for everybody to see; but with a few shots of Irish, it’s also a hoot-and-a-half.

Perhaps in an attempt to cover their other recent statistical legerdemain, TJIUA has made a foray against the ASIB – claiming that TJIUA is really TBK (The Big Kahuna) blog in Brooklyn Republican politics. To prove this point they trotted out a fly-by-night operation, which is called something like “…blogsbusiness.net…”, and make another outlandish statistical claim – that TJIUA is a bigger & more valuable blog-site than ASIB, and catch this, that it gets more hits. Unfortunately, for TJIUA, “…blogsbusiness.net…” is completely un-authoritative and without legitimate provenance – they share all kinds space with all kinds of other blog-internet-web entities. In any case this is what “…blogsbusiness.net…” says about the product/information contained at their own site: “…blogsbusiness.net does not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, adequacy, quality, currentness, completeness, or suitability of any information for any purpose …. The website valuations and data displayed within and from this website are purely estimated, fictional and auto generated….”

So you see, no matter how Eaton’s Jigs crowd tries to slice and dice the numbers, it looks like they get caught off base in lie after lie. As was stated in an earlier comment about this particular AAA post on TJIUA: “Numbers don’t lie, but AAA and TJIUA sure do.”

It just shows what happens when you try to weave a myth without any logical warp or factual woof. And as we’ve always said in cases like this, “A myth ith ath good ath a myle.” And to all our good friends at TJIUA “Thmyle though your heart is breaking…”

The Jig is Up Atlas posting by AAA, “Breaking News: James McCall … Photo-Op With Senator Marty Golden!!!!” has the story completely backwards. TJIUA’s top bloviator has completely misconstrued the intent of someone who went into Fibber McGee’s closet to dig out an old snapshot of Martin Golden in happier days to use as the beleaguered state senator’s photo-op with somebody being mentioned as the next Brooklyn GOP Chairman.

So there is no mistake, we mean Bob Howe, of course.

After horrible interviews (that according to Moron #1 were “really interviews”) with Dan Halloran, Jay Townsend, Serpent Maltese and Betsy McCaughey, Eugene Berardelli hit a new low even for the Brooklyn GOP Blog-Radio Kool Aid stand. The always objective Russell Gallo “debunked” the blogs who claimed that the meeting was ovewhelmingly attended by old GOP warhorses. Gallo said there were “50 peple at least” four district leaders and the county leader — the rest were eligible and not prior members of the YRs (in reality these were nonetheless previously committed to the Brooklyn GOP regulars). The reality is that the majority of new faces were brought in by Avi Rosenberg alone (several times mentioned as young Orthodox Jewish women by Brooklyn GOP Bog-Radio).

Even the supposed supporters of the “Re-launched Brooklyn Young Republicans” let out the some of “truth”. “President” Russell Gallo and “Vice President” Gene Pesner said the following — the abbreviated agenda was over by 8:15; and several people like Mr. Pesner arrived late, nonetheless he observed “50 peple at least”. When were all of the organizing functions of the “Re-launched YRs” carried out and by whom?

“Jack” a new re-launched Brooklyn YR member was allowed to speak. “Speak, Jack, speak”… “Yup, yelp, yup…50 people at least… yup, yelp, yup!!!!!”

Peter Cipriano sees parallels to the Ron Paul pro-drug supporters and the Brooklyn Republican do nothing “Reformers”.

Not being able to control himself, the BIG “G” had to NOMINATE and later DECLARE the “protesters” at the “Re-launched Brooklyn GOP YR’s” meeting as “Buffoons of the Week” for failing to follow through on their “protest”.

In reality, the five real Brooklyn Young Republican Club members who were at the so-called “‘Brooklyn Young Republicans’ Club” re-launch meeting were there to observe the goings on. They also passed out their own YR material to potential Young Republican members and had enough material for the “dozen or so real new Young Republicans” who appeared to be in attendance. Four of the five real YRs remained at or near the Victory Center until the end of the formal meeting had been called to a close by “President” Russell Gallo. (Just when was he elected and by whom?)

Then in spite of a Brooklyn GOP Blog-Radio vote to the contrary, Gino Bernardelli DECLARED the “….members of the failed protest – you know who you are…” to be Buffoons of the Week.

      February 17, 2011 8:07 am

Among the “new young Republicans” supposedly present at the YR re-launch were: several members of Russell Gallo’s family, five real Brooklyn YR “observers”, five Brooklyn GOP “leaders”. On the GOP Blog-Radio program the following evening, fourteen people were in attendance, almost all were credited at being at the prior night’s YR event and were described as “…almost half the people who were here last night.” Also during that show, several times the young Jewish women in the front row were descibed as the majority demographic of the new Republicans in attendance.

The opponents say there were about 40 in attendance, the Eaton crowd have insisted on the number “50” like it’s a mantra.

You do the math. How many in attendance were “new” “young” and “Republican”?

One detects a constistent level of “BS” coming out of both TJIUA and BGOPBR. That “BS” should really be called “BF” for “Bernardelli Factor”. Both of Eaton’s main bits of hate-media are clearly made in Gino Bernardelli’s image and likeness — “Thoughtless, humorless, tasteless, massively ponderous and thoroughly out of control.”

    • Who is Gino Bernardelli? Where did he come from? Why is he where he is now? permalink
      February 18, 2011 7:38 am

The “Gino Bernardelli” in the comments above does not exist except here in these comments about Craig Eaton’s “Bloviators” at “The Jig is Up Atlas” and “Brooklyn GOP Radio” and perhaps a few other places on ASIB.

Since the favorite techniques of the Eaton-GOP-Media-Enterprises include misspelling names and words, and fracturing various rules of grammar, we have fractured the name of “Gene Berardelli,” one of the architects and operators of Eaton-GOP-Media-Enterprises to create “Gino Bernardelli”.

However, just who is this “Gene Berardelli”, the real “Gene Berardelli”?

We first saw him in 2009 as a City Council candidate against Democrat, Lew Fiddler. His race was directly funded by Eaton’s largesse from the Brooklyn GOP coffers. The campaign consisted largely of blogging. It didn’t go viral; in fact it was hardly a sniffle.

Mr. Berardelli is by trade and self-acclaim a “lawyer” (where have we heard that about a million times? Wink, wink!), who practices law under the name at Gene R. Berardelli, Esq. at the Novo Law Firm, P.C., 299 Broadway, 17th Floor, New York, NY 10007, (now that’s a whole other story or three for another time) and he lives in the Sheepshead Bay section of Brooklyn (and we all know what Haring experience that can be). Berardelli is also very active in the production or presentation of various print, broadcast and/or electronic media, including something called “Brooklyn Barrister” (another goldmine for commentary on another day). He also is specifically engaged in the production or presentation of print, broadcast and/or internet-electronic media for The Kings County Republican Party, at the behest and direction of party Chairman Craig Eaton, most notable of these is “The Jig is Up Atlas” and “Brooklyn GOP [Blog-]Radio”, although it should be noted that Russell Gallo just recently thanked Berardelli for putting together Gallo’s Young Republican Web-page.

Suffice it to say, Gene Berardelli is a major cog in the Craig Eaton-Brooklyn GOP media engine, as well as a key player in Chairman Craig Eaton’s Brooklyn GOP Regime. Unfortunately, for the Brooklyn GOP, Gene Berardelli is a wolf in sheep’s clothing. More on that very soon you (can bet a good hand’s-worth of hold-em on that).

Frankly, this week’s show was so good for the Brooklyn Reform Republican insurgency that I’m surprised that Craig Eaton didn’t make them take it down completely. Instead, the propagandists’ strategy appears to be to hide in plain sight, since everybody involved with the Brooklyn GOP propaganda machine knows that almost nobody can stand to listen to the actual Brooklyn GOP Radio blogcasts.

We suffer for the rest of you so that we can “bell the cat” of the Brooklyn GOP establishment with thoughtful and relevant criticism. As far as we’re concerned, these were the real buffonata grande of the March 2nd Brooklyn GOP blogcast:

The NYSYRs’ “credentialing” of Gallo and Company was a moral and procedural travesty.

2)>>>>> PUSHING FOR GENOCIDE – “Unashamed racist of the week”: Vincent Bocchino tried to give the blatantly antisemitic John Gallianno ( Juan Carlos Antonio Galliano-Guillén) a
patently racist run for his money. Even a gifted moron like Bacci Ball Bocchino isn’t yet up to a frontal attack on Jews, like the drunken fashionista, but Bocchino was warming up with a retro-attack on European Muslims. According to Bizarro Cousin Vinny, the United States was on the wrong side of the ‘humanitarian” war against Serbian Yugoslavia in Kosovo, because we backed the largely-Muslim Kosovars in their war of survival and for autonomy against the “Christian” Serbs. Republican State Committeeman Vincent Bocchino would have had the United States turn against the overwhelming vote of our NATO allies, the universal condemnation of the genocidal Serbs, and serve the interests of Russia (still referred to by many as “the former Soviet Union”) and support the openly genocidal campaign of the Serbs to maintain its vassal state in Kosovo. Not only is his asinine retroactive support of bad policy, which never was adopted, clearly a wrong-headed view of history, Vincent Bocchino’s advocacy for a genocidal regime that was widely compared to Nazi Germany is just plain immoral.

3)>>>>> SUPPORT AND ATTACK ON BAD LEGISLATIVE PROPOSAL BY GOLDEN AND MALLIOTAKIS – “…OR… how Brian Doherty stumbled onto the truth”: recently-elected Assemblyperson Nicole Malliotakis called in and showed why rookies are called “rookies.” This “Goofy” little girl just isn’t ready to be a prime time Republican. After complaining about he cold nights in Albany (shocking), Malliotakis touted her first proposed piece of legislation (introduced along with Brooklyn team mate, State Senator Martin Golden), pulling registrations and license plates from offenders with multiple DWI convictions. This is clearly feel good, Nanny-state, statutory redundancy ( since DWI drivers are already subject to progressive license suspensions and forfeitures for repeat offenses). Shortly after her segment, Brian Doherty Brian complained about the need to enforce redundant laws, exactly of the kind proposed by Malliotakis. Doherty lambasted that kind of legislation as something that interfered with real and necessary police work. Even worse Assemblywoman Malliotakis was even worse as a so-called “Republican”when she called for her assembly colleagues to restore child welfare funding that was slated to be cut as part of Democrat Governor Andrew Cuomo proposed budget reductions. R.I.N.O. Assemblywoman Malliotakis’ reason – the unfunded mandated child welfare programs might have to be covered by funds for senior citizen centers resulting in the closure of some senior centers .

As Only Brooklyn YR President!!!” was made in direct response to
the comment above, “On the other hand, the March 9th Brooklyn GOP
[Blog-] Radio program was quite provocative.” Please note the
following: >>>>> “The Jig is Up
Atlas,” Chairman Craig Eaton’s propaganda and hate blog, has
specifically confirmed that, “Lynn Krogh called into the March 9th
Brooklyn GOP [Blog-]Radio program and Eugene Berardelli just hulked
up about her and ‘…everything we’ve been working on lately…’ (seems
like lots of truths that spoke; hasn’t Gene Berardelli shown he is
quite a man for the gift of gab, LOL).” We think that our own
parenthetical is a little more enlightening “(seems like lots of
quid pro quo there; hasn’t Gene Berardelli been blabbing about this
since 2-24-11)” especially since Berardelli’s blabbing “gift of
gab” was two days before the alleged NYSYR committee vote to
approve the Eaton-Gallo Brooklyn YRs at about 9:00 AM on 2-26-11.
      >>>>> “The Jig is Up Atlas”
commentator did not address this line by Lynn Krogh, which was said
to Gene Berardelli and Russell Gallo, “…when I got your E-mail and
the check…” (“The question still begs” [how we love that fractured
syntax]: “What E-mail, what check, when did that go down?…!”
      >>>>> Most important, nobody at
“The Jig is Up Atlas” or the “Brooklyn GOP Radio – Official Show
Blog” has attempted to refute, rebut or explain in any way the
growing perception that some specific quid pro quo was given to
Lynn Krogh on behalf of the Brooklyn GOP Young Republicans Club, in
exchange for her delivering the NYSYR recognition of that bunch of
      Eaton-Gallo YRs.

Gallo is a racist pitbull. He forced Craig Eaton to fire Ted Alatsas just because Ted’s parter is Jewish.

Yoseph Hayon, I mean Joseph Hayon is a racist pitbull. He actually threatened to oppose Bob Turner, and then put out a misleading press release saying he was endorsing him.

Meanwhile he was stealing literature from a district leader who was actively supporting Bob Turner.

        All because she was Jewish.

Why did Joseph Hayon tell Republican party leaders he wasn’t going to run a female for district leader, than ran one anyway?

Why did he choose a student from his college, several years his junior to run with him?

        Isn’t he married?

        I thought he was Jewish.

  16. What are Craig Eaton, Gene Berardelli and “The Jig is Up Atlas” trying to do to poor Bob Howe? permalink

Obviously, still functioning as the Brooklyn GOP Communications Chairman Gene Berardelli has dipped into his VERY OLD bag of tricks and come up with….

A Variety show? Bob Hope, Ed Sullivan …Mike Douglas?

Is Gene Berardelli in a time warp? Is Eaton hittin’ the cold medicine again? And what’s up with “AAA” with the TJIUA Friday, October 7, 2011 post “Introducing The Bob Howe Show!!!” ?????

And catch this one — “Ed [one of the phony comment makers that routinely parrots the “AAA” posts] said … Bob Hope, Ed Sullivan, and Mike Douglas make room for … Bob Howe! Oops !!! Did “ ED ” really mean to say that?

What is the ONLY thing that these grand OLD gentlemen NOW have in common?

    HINT: Mike Douglas (August 11, 1925 – August 11, 2006); Bob Hope (May 29, 1903 – July 27, 2003) and Ed Sullivan (September 28, 1901 – October 13, 1974).

Those three can only make room for Bob Howe in their “DEEP SIX” accomodations.

BOB, RUN, RUN FAR AWAY !!!!

Provisional Brooklyn GOP Chairman Craig Eaton and Provisional Brooklyn GOP Law Chairman Gene Berardelli and the rest of the ZOMBIE WING of the Brooklyn GOP are reaching out to you from the grave.

Where was the variety? Where was the insight? Where was the content?

Bay Ridge White Republican Lawyer Robert Howe had as his first guest, Sheepshead Bay White Republican Lawyer Eugene Berardelli. Could we have expected that this would be scintillating — NO, NO, WE COULD NOT. And were we disappointed? NOT IN THAT SENSE.

Our first criticism is that, even though it was nominally Bob Howe’s show, Mr. Howe played Charlie McCarthy (although Mortimer Snerd might be more apt) to Mr. Berardelli’s Edgar Bergen.

The principle content was that these two white Republicans talked about white neighborhoods — and they openly spoke as if “white” was synonymous with “stable”. They also mentioned “Asians” and “Eastern Europeans, mostly Russians” somewhat favorably … (they also reluctantly made a small mention of some others who recently voted Republican, as if that were their only measure of significance). That was the full discussion of Brooklyn’s ethnic diversity. (Can’t you think of at least four or five other groups in Brooklyn who weren’t mentioned?)

After saying he didn’t know as much about Bay Ridge as Bob Howe, Mr. Berardelli went on to describe Bay Ridge’s being a neighborhood where everybody gets along and cared about lots of things going on outside the neighborhood, unlike some places with which he was more familiar, like Gerritsen Beach (We kid you not — and as we say in Brooklyn, “Ifyusdoannbelieveme, listen to it and “see” for yuhself)…… Along the way, Gene Berardelli gave a rather jejune discourse on the meaning and import of a “glocal” outlook, with respect to our Brooklyn communities — he even looked up what “glocal” meant on the internet ( Thanks, Gene) .

Bob Howe comfortably moved on (sarcasm intended) to describe the influx of Manhattanites into certain neighborhoods in Brooklyn as “…not threatening Bay Ridge yet.”(Good one, Bob!) Seamlessly (chuckle), Bob went on by asking Mr. Berardelli to describe the hip, vibrant, young and exciting Brooklyn neighborhoods like Williamsburg. Mr. Berardelli did not disappoint and jumped right in. Though his response, was neither shy nor circumspect, it might well be viewed by Northside businessmen and “Hipsters” as shallow and presumptuous.

All in all, the “Big Broadcast of 2011” had all of the deadly characteristics of the 1937 “‘Hindenburg’ landing at Lakehurst” without any of the “Radioland” excitement.

As for Bob Howe’s being partnered-up with Gene Berardelli, it made Russell Gallo’s handling of his “On-Air” duties at “Brooklyn GOP Blog-talk Radio” seem like Richard Alva Cavett, by comparison. One might even opine that Howe’s show would have been materially improved by the mere addition of the sucking-wind intonations of a Vincent Bocchino.
